One delightful autumn highlight is just a short walk from the hotel: the Tree Horoscope Trail. This themed trail invites you to fully immerse yourself in the autumn colours on our doorstep. Over a distance of around two kilometres, the trail takes you through a variety of native tree species. Along the way, 21 informative stations offer interesting insights into the medicinal properties of different trees – adding a touch of education to your walk.
Another must-see, particularly in autumn, is the Larch Meadow Trail in Fendels. Just a ten-minute drive from the hotel, this enchanting path winds through a sparse larch forest, where the trees are dressed in a stunning yellow-orange hue before shedding their needles. The trail stretches for about five kilometres through a tranquil landscape, with an elevation gain of around 230 metres and a maximum altitude of 1,623 metres above sea level. This moderately challenging hike rewards you with vibrant, picturesque views that are well worth the effort.

The historic Sauerbrunn spring is just a few minutes’ walk from the Hotel Post in Prutz.
