Autumn is the time of fresh and intense flavours. We really can’t wait to finally eat traditional autumn delicacies again.
Do you already have the taste of fresh apples and apricots in your mouth? The taste of rich vegetable dishes made with farm-fresh ingredients or delicious fruit cakes? Here in Prutz, we’re definitely looking forward to the harvest season. During your holiday at our hotel with spa in Austria, you’re going to enjoy our delicious breakfast buffet every morning. On the buffet tables you’ll find lots of freshly baked pastries, but also many savoury specialities. You could also try some of the recipes at home. An example? Our incredible vegetables quiche. Instead of the usual filling consisting of diced bacon and leek, you can fill the quiche with various seasonal vegetables, such as beetroot, carrots, parsnips, and peas. Mix the vegetables with milk, sour cream, and eggs and bake it until it gets golden brown. Serve the quiche with a nice glass of wine. Et voilà … Dinner is served!
