As the summer holiday approaches, everyone looks forward to carefree days, delicious food, and lots of time spent in nature. Some of you might also want to recapture the joys of childhood by whizzing down a mountain on a toboggan. Luckily, the warm season does not prevent you from enjoying a thrilling tobogganing experience. Just a half-hour drive from Hotel Post in Prutz, two unique summer toboggan runs await you: the Schneisenfeger family coaster above Serfaus and the Fisser Flitzer. Each ride offers unique thrills for those who dare!
- Year-round thrills await on the Schneisenfeger family coaster, which connects the Alpkopf mountain to the Hög Adventure Park. The unforgettable ride begins in an ancient sawmill near the Seealm Hög restaurant, initially climbing before making an incredible 1.5-kilometre descent featuring 360° spirals and sharp turns. This amazing family coaster reaches speeds of up to 40 kilometres per hour amid stunning scenery. At the end of the route there is an observation tower with an impressive panoramic view.
- Prepare for an adrenaline surge on the Fisser Flitzer at Fiss Summer Fun Park. Starting from the Möseralmbahn mountain station, you’ll zoom down a 2.2-kilometre track, reaching speeds of up to 45 kilometres per hour. Along the way, you’ll race through a spooky ice cave, a Native American village, and a jungle cave, all in a thrilling seven-to-eight-minute ride. And as a souvenir of the adventurous ride, you can get a souvenir photo for 5 euros at the cable car ticket office. The trip to Fiss is even free for you on public transport.
